  1. Order Confirmation: Once you place your order on our website, you will receive an automated confirmation email.

  2. Carrier Coordination: Before delivery, a representative from Bosta will contact you via phone or SMS. They will verify your shipping address and ensure all contact information is correct.

  3. Final Delivery: Once Bosta has confirmed your details, your package will be dispatched for final delivery to your doorstep.

Important Notes

  • Phone Availability: Please ensure the phone number provided at checkout is active, as Bosta must confirm your details before they can attempt delivery.

  • Tracking: Once your order has been handed over to the courier, you will receive an update to track your shipment's journey.


Pro-Tip for your Shopify Setup:

In your Shopify Shipping Settings, make sure you have "Phone Number" set as Required at checkout. If Bosta needs to call the customer to confirm details, you don't want to have to email the customer later to ask for their number!
